After owning and operating several service businesses earlier in his career, Roger Bruhn, the managing principal of Waypoint LLC now concentrates his efforts in helping other companies grow their businesses. Some of those businesses are located in other parts of the country, however he and his wife have made their home in Colorado Springs CO for more than thirty years.

A Florida based Destination Marketing Organization represented a large number of resort destinations east of the Mississippi river but wanted to expand to the western part of the country. Mr. Bruhn recruited and trained a small sales team. In an eighteen month period, that sales team contracted with almost thirty major resort destinations and one major airline. This initiative alone almost doubled the revenue of the organization.


As one of the principals in a Colorado Springs call center, Mr. Bruhn was able to grow the business from six agents serving only local customers to a regional call center with more than thirty agents. He grew this business in less than two years by cultivating eighteen strategic customers in six states.

An investment group in Seattle with proprietary Web based reservation software desired to license this technology to tour operators and resort destinations. With the help of a small sales team he recruited and trained, Mr. Bruhn licensed this product to thirty-five organizations in two years.
