We structure our fees just like you'd hope we would.
Other than a small monthly retainer so you also have some "skin in the game," you pay us a percentage of the gross profit we produce. Naturally those payments are made after you have received the benefit of the increased revenue.
Because our only significant revenue is realized after we perform we are as careful about selecting our customers as they are about selecting us.
The following are some characteristics of businesses that seem to work for us:
- Established business currently grossing between$300,000 & $1,000,000
- Business offering services rather than products
- Good reputation in the marketplace is essential
- Businesses that can be positioned to attract and service individual customers whose annual billing would be between $50,000 &100,000
